Before you hire an AI partner
The questions we expect, answered up front
Banks, insurers, asset and wealth managers, lenders and fintechs in the United States, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Can outputs be audited?
- Every generated claim traces back to a filing, a transcript line, a stored figure or a regulation clause, and every decision keeps its trail.
- Will data stay in the right jurisdiction?
- Deployment location is an architecture constraint from the first phase. We deploy on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or on-premise, including regulated deployments that cannot leave a jurisdiction.
- Are models explainable?
- Risk and fraud models are built to be explained, with feature contributions reported per decision and documented limits.
- Are data domains segregated?
- Yes. Row-level security, section access and segregated domains are enforced in the platform, not in application code.

FAQ
Financial services: common questions
Do you work with banks in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?
Yes. Our PDPL compliance platform is live with banks and finance companies in Saudi Arabia, and we have delivered BI for banking, insurance and trading businesses in the Gulf.
What results have you delivered in banking BI?
Dashboards 30 percent faster on banking BI and 50 percent faster on insurance BI, and 40 percent fewer recurring ad-hoc requests after a rebuild across five business units.
Will our customer and transaction data be used to train AI models?
No. Your data is processed only for your engagement. Where hosted model providers are used, we select enterprise terms appropriate to your requirements, and where that is not acceptable we deploy open-weight models inside your environment.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No. We do not hold either today. We apply controls of the kind those frameworks expect, document them, and will complete your security questionnaire so you can assess them directly.
How do we start, and how long does it take?
With a two to three week fixed-scope assessment that tests one real use case on your data and ends with a written architecture, risk register and costed roadmap. Build timelines are committed after the assessment, not before.
Start with a two to three week assessment
Send us the problem and the constraints. You get a written architecture, a risk register and a costed roadmap, and you keep them whatever you decide next.
